As a Quality Operator, you are the final link ensuring that every pallet meets the customer’s quality standards. You’ll work in a modern logistics warehouse, inspecting, scanning, and documenting orders before they ship out. You’ll perform quality checks, take photos of pallets, identify and record damages, and follow precise procedures to keep every customer happy. You’ll use a handheld scanner daily and work with digital workflows. Your workdays are during the week, with shifts either in daytime or staggered hours, depending on the schedule.
- Inspect every outbound pallet for customer requirements
- Check orders during the final shipping check
- Complete scans using a handheld scanner
- Photograph pallets as proof of condition
- Identify, inspect, and record damages
- Coordinate or carry out minor repairs
- Work according to customer and internal quality procedures
You’ll work 38 to 40 hours per week in a dynamic and clean environment alongside an enthusiastic team.

Wat wij vragen- Minimum B1 level English in speaking, reading, and writing
- At least 1 year of experience in a quality role in a logistics environment (Quality Operator, Quality Checker, Warehouse Operator)
- Experience with handheld scanners and digital workflows
- Accuracy and focus when counting and verifying orders
- Physically able to work in a dynamic environment
- Able to identify and document damages
- Willing to complete a written English test after training
