Introductie

Can you read an electrical schematic as easily as a newspaper, and do you enjoy wiring a control cabinet from start to finish? Then this technically challenging role is for you. You'll work in Etten-Leur, build products made to last, and have long-term prospects.

Waar je komt te werken:

You'll join a specialist manufacturer of electrical components and installations. Its products are used across a range of industrial sectors, where reliability is non-negotiable. It's a stable company with a skilled team that takes pride in its work. Precision counts for more than speed here, and experienced colleagues take the time to share what they know. If you want to grow in electrical engineering, you'll get the room to do so.

Wat je gaat doen:

As an electrical assembly technician, you make sure electrical products leave the workshop complete and correctly connected. You assemble components and transformers, and you wire control cabinets and control panels according to schematics and drawings. No two products are the same, so your work is varied. When something doesn't add up, you think it through and solve faults during assembly yourself. After assembly you carry out quality checks and test procedures to make sure everything works as it should. You work with your colleagues in the workshop to meet production targets. With the right qualifications, you can also take on transformer testing. It's precision work, and at the end of the day you can see what you've built.

  • Assemble and mount electrical components and transformers
  • Wire and connect control cabinets and control panels
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Carry out quality checks and test procedures
  • Find and fix faults during assembly
  • Optional: test transformers (with the right qualifications)
Wat wij vragen:
  • Training or work experience in electrical engineering or a related technical field
  • Solid experience reading electrical schematics
  • Hands-on experience with assembly and wiring
  • Knowledge of the applicable safety regulations
  • Problem-solving skills and a willingness to keep learning
  • In possession of an EU passport (a residence permit is not sufficient)
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English (spoken and written)
Wat wij bieden:
  • Gross hourly wage of €18.00 to €21.00, depending on experience

  • 5% ADV allowance on the first 38 hours per week

  • 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

  • Weekly salary payment

  • 25 vacation days per year (full-time basis)

  • Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary

  • Minimum of 38 hours per week, full-time

  • Opportunity for a permanent contract

Extra services (optional):
